Cancellation Policy
Clients are Encouraged to Book Online! Clients are Responsible for Viewing our Terms and Conditions. From our home page hit the Menu button; and hit terms and conditions from the drop down menu. There is our full list at this time. Terms and conditions are legally binding, and payment is due upon recieval of our services. An extension of services does NOT permit partial payments for the days cleaning may have been provided. Money is due after the first date and time of services (from day 1). This is an act of good faith for our hard work. Thank you. New clients MUST schedule a 1x deep cleaning PRIOR to any Regular/Maintenence Cleaning Services! To ensure smooth and secure service transactions, we require clients to provide a valid payment method before services are rendered. This helps us guarantee timely payments, simplifies the billing process, and maintains efficient scheduling. Your payment information is protected and only used for the agreed-upon services. To cancel or reschedule please give us atleast 24hrs notice. We understand life happens, and we will not apply fees for cancellations. However, if we are unable to access the property/building and the issue is not resolved within the arrival window, there will be a $40 lockout fee to compensate for time and travel expenses.
