Hazardous obstacles like extensive mold/mildew, pests, bodily fluids etc will not be handled by our business staff in the vast majority of instances. We take extra precautions to keep our staff members safe, and if for some reason a job of this nature is to be completed, it will be performed under the stipulations set forth by our Business Insurance. Property Professionals LLC has the right to charge an additional hazard fee on top of the hourly base rate in such instances.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are Encouraged to Book Online! Clients are Responsible for Viewing our Terms and Conditions. From our home page hit the Menu button; and hit terms and conditions from the drop down menu. Terms and conditions are legally binding, and payment is due upon recieval of our services. An extension of services does NOT permit partial payments for the days cleaning may have been provided. Money is due after the first date and time of services (from day 1). This is an act of good faith for our hard work. Thank you. New clients MUST schedule a 1x deep cleaning PRIOR to any Regular/Maintenence Cleaning Services! To ensure smooth and secure service transactions, we require clients to provide a valid payment method before services are rendered. This helps us guarantee timely payments, simplifies the billing process, and maintains efficient scheduling. Your payment information is protected and only used for the agreed-upon services. To cancel or reschedule please give us atleast 24hrs notice. We understand life happens, and we will not apply fees for cancellations. However, if we are unable to access the property/building and the issue is not resolved within the arrival window, there will be a $40 lockout fee to compensate for time and travel expenses.
